📜 Important Competition Rules & Terms - Please Read Carefully 📜

• Competition Period: Competition runs from February  5th, 2024 and closes for submissions at February 12th, 2024 at 11:59 PM SAST. No entries will be accepted after the deadline.
• Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of South Africa / anyone.
• AI Design Requirement: All design entries MUST be created using Artificial Intelligence (AI) design tools. Designs created solely using traditional methods are not eligible.
• Original Work: All submitted designs must be original creations and must not infringe upon any existing copyrights or trademarks. By entering, you guarantee your design is your own original work.
• Smart Office Rights: By entering the competition, you grant Smart Office non-exclusive permission to share winning designs on our social media channels and for promotional purposes, with appropriate credit given to the designer.
• Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via call / Email / Social Media Direct Message - by February 13th, 2024. Winners must respond and claim their prizes within 5 days of notification. Failure to claim prizes within this timeframe may result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
• Prize Redemption: Prizes are redeemable for printing services and products at Smart Office only. Print credits and product prizes have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Judges' Decision Final: The judges' decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this competition.
